Equity Commitments
At Reclaim and Rise Wellness, we believe access to healing should not be determined by wealth. All services are offered on a sliding scale with a preferred rate, and we intentionally reserve space for those most often denied affordable, affirming care:
2 Pay-What-You-Can Therapy Slots reserved for BIPOC LGBTQ+ clients
1 Free Therapy Spot reserved for a Black Trans individual without financial means
Pay-What-You-Can Groups always available for those who cannot afford sliding scale
No Surprises Act / Good Faith Estimate Notice
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
Under federal law, healthcare providers must give patients who don’t have insurance, or who are choosing not to use insurance, an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can request a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is $400 or more above your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill.
Make sure to keep a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate for your records.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, please visit: www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
Insurance & Payment
Reclaim and Rise Wellness is currently a private pay practice. This means we do not bill insurance directly. While we are actively working toward credentialing with insurance providers, we also recognize that insurance can sometimes limit the flexibility and innovation of care, as well as require certain diagnostic labels that may not align with your healing journey.
For these reasons, many clients choose to remain private pay, even if they have insurance coverage. Private pay allows us to focus on what matters most: personalized, whole-person care tailored to your needs and goals.
If your insurance plan includes out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for reimbursement. We are happy to provide a monthly superbill (a detailed receipt) that you can submit to your insurance provider. Please note that clients are responsible for paying the full session fee at the time of service.
